Thanks for the reply. Same again when I run it. I have tried it on two PC's at home. I'm just about to check my firewall just in case but I haven't made any changes to it. Also there have been no updates to the workstation itself. I have noticed that the Access Violation error is the same everytime ...

Hi, All has been working wonderfully for the past 8 months or so but has now broken!! I started off with the following errors: 5:11:32 - Grabbing 14 days of programs for 6 channels 15:11:32 - unknown character È (200) replaced with Ô (212) in BBC1 South East 15:11:32 - unknown character ½ (189) repl...
