got it working but dont know how....I deleted the argument grab and just had the task open the program ("C:\Program Files (x86)\XMLTV GUI\XmltvGUI.exe") to check that bit worked, which it did. Then I went back and added /grab to the arguments and it worked. I guess windows got a bit confus...

no, nothing - it just says 'Running' for ages when I run the task and doesn't stop.

How do you schedule the job on your pc?

nothing happens when I run the task i.e. xmltvGUI doesn't launch (well, something flickers on the screen for a millisecond and is gone).
