Problem with program name

Post by kantjer »

First I want to say I love your XMLTV GUI program, very easy to configure.

I'm having a problem with the ' (apostrophe) symbol not showing correct in the program name.
ie RadioTimes is showing a program called "Three's Outtakes" for next Friday on BBC3 but the xml file shows it as "Three's Outtakes".

Is there a setting I missed to correct this.

I'm using the latest XMLTV GUI 3.04.00W with the UK_RT grabber.

Thanks,
kantjer

' is the correct way to put apostphes in an xml file. it is illegal to put them in directly

Thanks for that, than I have to find the solution somewhere else. At the moment it is shown as &apos in the EPG listing on my sat tuner.

I found a program called ChannelFixer which can just replace all "'" with "'" in my tgd (Topfiled EPG) files.

It's quick and dirty but it does the job.
