please can you help.
ive setup digiguide for web service
ive put the details into the grabber and it comes up with this

possibly an issue with your firewall? otherwise this error would normally indicate something inside digiguide is crashing, does the web page work correctly? if you copy the url in the error message into a browser you should see the digiguide web page

i closed my firewall and now im getting thsi

ive got dgxltv installed, bit is that the same as dgxltv

is so how to i set it up
