Hi, i really need to create 2 or 3 different XML files. I cant seem to find a way to be able to do this with the above install.

It all works with one file, but i need a few more with different programs in, XMLTV will do this but i didnt really want to install it 2 or 3 times, i was hoping there is a way to do this via command like as it the moment thats what it does every night but need to run one after the other (like 30 mins apart so it pulls each program listing into each file).

This is to work with GBPVR as i have a number of tuners in one PC, so was going to specify a different XML file for each.

sorry i didnt reply earlier I must have missed your post somehow. simply make a copy of the settings directory and rename it (eg settings2) then run:
xmltvgui /csettings2
this will make a copy of all your settings and allow you to maintain two (or more) seperate configurations

Sorry to drag up such an old posting, but this is something I want to do also.

i am looking for a seperate .xml file for TV and radio.

However i want to run the grabber via windows task manager, so do I run:-

xmltvgui /csettings2 /grab

to run a second grabber with seperate settings?
