Re: Digiguide grabber detail in 3.10.00W

Alan, gettting a problem with the grabber. I get no data apart from the header in the xml file but the log file contains all the XML data format with this error below (which does not seem to informative). Any ideas please? Is it me? It worked OK for me with the previous version when I tested it. tha...

Wow, thanks for spending time working on this.

P.S. seen somebody has just announced your new Digiguide support in the GB-PVR forums.

Re: Digiguide grabber detail in 3.10.00W

I've had a look at the lua files and for some it seems to be a "simple" matter of changing the variable names in xmltv_parse.lua. However I'm stumped when trying to match multiple fields to one in the grabber (e.g. episode num equates to series-number + episode-number and probably for cred...

Re: Digiguide grabber detail in 3.10.00W

Alan, thanks for the replies. I'll look at the tags/grabber and have a play.
N.B. In my limited testing so far I also saw the timeouts. If I increased the defaults, allowed the port through my firewall and also restarted the GUI grabber before each grab then it seemed to work OK.

Digiguide grabber detail in 3.10.00W

Love the new support for grabbing Digiguide data. Got it working but there is only basic data grabbed, is there anything I'm missing to get the full range of fields (series/episode etc.) or is this a "to do"? The associated sageTV DG2XML utility does capture all these fields.
Thanks again

Adding dummy channels?

For channels not provided by XMLTV is there a way to add dummy entries into XMLTV file please? I want to be able to select in the EPG (in GB-PVR) to watch a channel and also to record. I therefore need a programme entry (to be able to select) and ideally dummy segments (with any name) for every hour...

Alan, "ukrt_altchids_text.lua" seems to be missing from the latest version. Is it an oversight or am I missing something?

cheers

Alan, don't know if it is a problem with your code or me but I'm now getting this leap year error with the +1 script. I guess as feb is <14 days away and it needs to check.

C:\Program Files\XMLTV GUI\lib/timezones.lua:7: attempt to call global `IsLeap' (a nil value)

cheers

+1 Script - extra channels?

Alan, the More+1 script works great, when you get a minute could you please add in FX+2 (FX=1461) and Paramount +1 (Paramount=1061) as options please. I tried to edit the script myself but was not 100% certain which parts to duplicate.
Many thanks again
